Research
Analysing the higher cost of B2C sales for the company (high cost per conversion) and after researching the clear market B2B opportunity in the Spanish market, the conclusion was easy to sell: let's change the company strategy and construct upon B2B before pivoting back to B2C.
Design
We redesigned Elephant Cruiser's 'Co-Brand' section of the website, adding more dynamism, information and making it more inviting to business owners to take asking an bottle-customisation estimate.
Development
On the Shopify environment of the website, we developed a whole new funnel, from information and theming changes to a new powerful lead-caption form integrated with their Mailchimp account. Each lead then gets nurtured in a very smart way. (read next project to understand the depth of this project)
